4 out of 5 stars Excellent Product   February 7, 2010
C. Dawkins (Atlanta, GA)
I bought two Boos boards for my husband who cooks at home every day. They have been perfect for all of the vegetables and fruit that we prepare. The two laid side-by-side create an excellent work surface/space. They look nice if you want to leave them out. Theses boards are also great as they will not dull knives. I gave only 4 stars however, because both boards were very dry when they arrived and have required multiple coats of mineral oil. The last Boos board I bought did not have this problem; we oiled it only after several hand-washes.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the cutting boards. They are definitely superior to other wooden boards. And they last a very long time.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Spacious Chopping Block!!!   January 24, 2010
S. Litton (Tampa, FL United States)
I bought this for my son's fiancee because the two of them are doing a lot of cooking now and his fiancee has little cooking equipment. But I have one of my own exactly like this one that I've had for probably had 8 years now, and it's one of the best investments I've ever made.

This board is very good quality and has room for lots of little piles of chopped food and still gives you room to keep chopping. I oil it ever few months and it's held up VERY well. It lives on my counter as a permanent fixture, I would definitely purchase this product again.

I love this cutting board. Very well made and fits perfectly on the counter next to the stove for quick and easy cutting jobs and clean up. Just don't forget to order the oil too! Hightly recommended!

1 out of 5 stars Cutting Board Glue Breaks   December 1, 2009

I bought 12 by 18 inch cutting board in March, 2009. I never soak it in the water and oil them, but it still cracks. Most glue is broken. It will become a lot wood strips. I bought it from a restaurant supply store.

5 out of 5 stars Great Product   November 19, 2009
J. Hoelzel (FDL, WI USA)
This is an exceptional cutting board. I've been using this board for 18 months now. No cracks, warping... really no issues at all. I oil it with mineral oil once a month or so depending on how much of a beating it takes. I almost didn't buy it because of the price but now I don't know what I would do without it.
